All rights to website content, course content, workshops, courses, events and materials belong to Rikke Kjelgaard Consulting and are protected by copyright.
All products are personal and therefore you cannot sell, lend out or give away what you have bought or acquired through this website or a course or in any other way distribute the product or materials without a signed agreement with Rikke Kjelgaard Consulting.
Results disclaimer
By using this website you agree that Rikke Kjelgaard Consulting has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this website or not. Rikke Kjelgaard Consulting provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users of this Website succeed. You nevertheless recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of Rikke Kjelgaard Consulting.
You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Cancellation
Rikke Kjelgaard consulting have the right to cancel supervision, workshops, courses, public speaks, trainings & events because of sickness, too few registrants or other unforeseen events. If I cancel you can be offered a new date, the equivalent service online or get a full refund of your fee if the course has not yet started.
CANCELLATION OF WORKSHOPS, COURSES, PUBLIC SPEAKS & EVENTS WITH RIKKE KJELGAARD:
Registration for workshops, courses, public speaks and events are legally binding.
Cancellation of registration for workshops, courses, public speaks and events: with less than 3 months to the event we charge 25% of the total amount. With less than 1 month to the event we charge 50% of the total amount. With less than 2 weeks to the event we make no refund. If the invoice has not been paid upon cancellation of your registration we still charge you according to the above mentioned terms. You are welcome to hand over your seat to someone else. If you do so then please contact me so that I know who will be attending instead of you. If you cancel your registration but want to join the next course you can be offered a seat if there are any available seats. You will be charged an additional 800 DKK per day to cover the costs of the venue, food and administration.
In case you were offered a bonusproduct when you bought a product or registered for a course you will be charged for the bonus product upon cancellation and refunding of your partial fee. If the price of the bonus product is higher than the amount that is credited then an invoice will be sent for the remaining costs.
CANCELLATION OF WORKSHOPS, COURSES, PUBLIC SPEAKS & EVENTS WITH EXTERNAL TRAINERS:
Registration for workshops, courses, public speaks and events are legally binding.
This applies to workshops with Edna Foa, Russ Harris, Kirk Strosahl & Patricia Robinson, Louise Hayes, Poul Gilbert.
If you sign up and cancel your registration you will be charged fully. If your invoice has not been paid upon registration full payment will still be required according to the above terms. You are welcome to hand over your seat to someone else. If you do so then please contact me so that I know who will be attending instead of you.
If you want me to sell your seat this can be done for a fee of 25% of the total amount you registered for if cancellation is before 3 months to the course date. With less than 3 months to the course date we can offer to sell your seat at a 50% fee of the total amount you registered for. With less than 1 month to the event we cannot offer to sell your seat.
If there is a waiting list we can offer the waiting list participants your seat for a fee of 250,- DKK to cover administration.
If you were offered a bonus product upon registration you will not have access to these in case you hand over the sales of your seat to us. If you have already received a bonus product you will be invoiced the equivalent amount of the product upon cancellation.
CANCELLATION OF THE 2 YEAR ACT TRAINING PROGRAM:
Registration for the 2 year ACT training program is legally binding.
With cancellation prior to 12 weeks before this course starts there is an administrative fee of 5000 DKK. Cancellation between 12 and 8 weeks prior to this course is invoiced 25% of the total amount. Cancellation within 8 weeks of the course is invoiced 50% of the total amount. Cancellation within 8 weeks of the course is invoiced 100% of the total amount. These terms apply even if the participant was offered partial payment upon registration.
CANCELLATION OF SUPERVISION:
Agreement about times and dates for supervision through e-mail and by appointment are considered binding agreements. With cancellation within 10 work days before a planned supervision the supervised will be charged full price.
CORONA AND FACE-TO-FACE COURSES:
If a course is affected by Corona restrictions for the course leader (for example rules about the amount of people who can attend or problems with travel for foreign course leaders) the course can be moved online, moved to new dates or get cancelled.
Refund policy
Fierce, Fabulous & Female
If you begin your Fierce, Fabulous & Female Journey and don’t feel that the program is right for you then just send me an email at hello@rikkekjelgaard.com within the first 2 weeks of your purchase and receive a full refund.
All we ask is that you do the tasks that I invite you to do in the course before you decide that it’s not for you.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms & Conditions or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
ACT Practitioner’s Academy
You can cancel your membership anytime you want to.
We do not offer any refunds for amounts already paid.
Please note that you loose access to all trainings, ressources and supervision when you cancel your membership.
